Thank you for your
interest in the Kudzu Klub, a gated, secure writers' community
on the internet.
Before you apply to become a member, there are a few things
you should know. We'll go over them briefly here, and you'll
be able to find revisions and changes in the Terms of Service
when it's finalized.
The Kudzu Klub
is open to writers and aspiring authors who wish to
post their work and read, critique, and make
suggestions about other writers' work.
This site follows
an "open-identity" policy to ensure that all users
are able to operate the site without fear of electronic
stalking, anoynmous attack, belittling, bickering,
and backbiting. As part of this security, real names
are used at this site.
There are no other
rules just yet, other than the standard caveats against
pornography, plagiarism, and gratutitous profanity,
so let's just all act civilized. Let's be nice
to each other!
So, what do you
get when you become a member?
You get access
to the slots.
What are slots?
Slots are prime
real estate at the Kudzu Klub. There're where
writers post their content -- fiction, topical
non-fiction, and poetry. Slots are where you
post your work, and where you read other authors'
work.
What happens
when I fill out the form below, click in the
agreement check box, and send the form?
We're not
quite sure.
We hope that
a message gets sent to us with your application.
We hope that an email goes out to you that your
application has been received. Then our software
will munch on it some, and hopefully set up a
new account for you sometime late, late at night
on the Atlantic coast (when computer time is
cheaper).
Well, I did
say a "few things," so I reckon I've said my
peace! Here's the application. Remember to
check the first two boxes!
